Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/4 cups ingredients for balls : chopped onion


  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies


  • 200 gms paneer shredded


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp white papper


  • 2 tbsp ingredients for gravy :oil


  • 2 tsp garlic chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1 tsp green chillies chopped


  • 1/8 tsp chinese salt


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  • 1/4 tsp white pepper


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped green onion


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  • Method For Making Balls :Mix all these and make small balls. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
  • Methods For Making Gravy :Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies and Chinese salt.
  • Mix and saute for 2 mins. Now add Manchurian balls, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and white pepper.
  • Cook for 3 mins. Now add green onions and stir fry.
  • Now add cornflour paste and mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve Hot. ! !
